Just because you bought my work it does not give you any right to resell it in any shape or form or claim I've given you redistribution rights or any right to do "secondary sales" with my work. All my avatars are personal and NON-COMMERCIAL licenses ONLY.
DO NOT upload my avatars for anyone else even if you bought it/won it in a giveaway, Even if it's a private upload or if you upload it to said person's account, even if you aren't directly redistributing the files. This TOS applies for giveaways too. If you enter a giveaway, the license is solely for you, nobody else. don't enter a giveaway if you aren't going to want my avatars or have the intent to gift it to a friend because you "don't wear it".
DO NOT reuse my mesh/asset edits commercially UNLESS you ask me for permission first and have also bought the original product listed LEGALLY. MUST CREDIT EVERYONE ACCORDINGLY. Ex: "Lacy head by Sugs#9795 edited by Sivka#3788 and re-edited by Guillotines#9818 and [insert your username here if you edited it too]". Using any of these meshes for personal or commercial use outside of this avatar without owning them directly through buying from the creator is against their and my TOS and will warrant you a ban from my shop altogether without a right to a refund.
DO NOT reuse assets edits/textures/etc that specifically state are not meant to be reused. Some of my edits are in collaboration with other creators who aren't comfortable with other's using them. Please respect that.
You have EVERY RIGHT to permit or deny re-use of your edited versions of my asset edits, If allowed, your customers MUST BUY AND DOWNLOAD MESH LEGALLY AND DIRECTLY FROM THE CREATOR'S SHOP before usage, if not done so that's considered leaking/asset mining/redistribution.
You are allowed to edit my avatars as much as you like as long as you aren't claiming the work as your own creation as well as just buying my models for the purpose of asset mining, reselling or leaking/price splitting/trading, doing any form of illegal activity with any parts of my models. I believe in encouraging others to learn 3D programs to eventually feel motivated to start making their own kitbashed or scratch models/assets. Please respect creator's time, effort and work. please don't gatekeep my work either, even if you worked hard on a heavy edit, It's perfectly acceptable to protect your personal edits and ask others to not steal your work but not when it comes to my original works. You're always more than welcomed to DM me and show me your edits or feel free to tag me on your edits on social media!!! <3
Please DO NOT redistribute/leak/share my work. Link them directly to the original listing so they can buy or download it themselves. This also applies for commission work/etc.
You are allowed to stream using my avatars with proper credit to my listing/page/socials. Can be credited on end credits of a video or the description box of the platform you're using . You're also allowed to heavily edit my models to fit your persona for streaming as well. If you'd like to make merch or products with the likeness of one of my models or avatar designs/avatars please ask me first, feel free to reach out to me via discord to discuss further! we can always compromise or find a workaround<3
You are NOT allowed to ask for quest conversions of my free avatars that are already quest compatible/ready WITHOUT ASKING ME FIRST and ensuring you'll pay for it yourself. I had a situation where someone made someone make a quest conversion and didn't pay them for their work when the quest version is free then came shamelessly to request a free upload from me. This is extremely scummy and dishonest and will warrant you a blacklist from my shop entirely. This doesn't apply to my PC only avatars.
You CAN request quest conversions for my PC avatars as long as both parties own the avatar legally and you both ask me personally to do so. I don't care if it's free. They can download it themselves. if it's a paid avatar, feel free to reach out for a compromise c:

All my PAID avatars have a 1 month grace period after your initial purchase, this means you can get troubleshooting help with my avatars, whether it's due to you editing said model or package breaking due to VRChat updates!!! As long as I know how to fix it and I'm not busy, I'll make time and help out as best as I can. I can't guarantee I can fix everything so please do not abuse this. c:
If you purchase any of my products and you filled required fields with gibberish or spoofed/fake/outdated/inaccurate information, you agree that you have no rights to use my stuff and have no rights to dispute a refund. By checking out and buying anything off from my shop, you agree that you fully consented to this purchase and are aware of payment. This is to protect me from anyone trying to dispute purchases as "unauthorized" with any bank institution and leaking my digital work. If you really can't afford the price tag, I'm more than open to negotiate on a discounted price or agree to a more flexible payment method.
